Our Super Cup holds approximately 2.5 tampons worth of flow (40ml total, approx. 36ml to the holes) and might be best suited to you if:

    • You have a medium - heavy period flow
    • You're over 30
    • You have given birth vaginally

This cup measures 70mm in length (including the toggle) and 45mm in diameter (see pic for Regular and Super cup size comparisons).

This is a guide only. The reason birth that age and birth are considerations is because both may contribute to a weaker pelvic floor.

Please note that this cup might not be suited to you if you have a particularly low cervix.

    Also available in Regular size.

Menstrual Cups are worn inside the vagina to collect period flow. Simply sterilise prior to use (easy instructions in pack), insert, wear for up to 8hrs, remove, rinse and re-insert as you need! (And YES, you can swim with it in and do yoga and anything else you’d normally do. Just be sure to remove it prior to any penetrative activity).

Full instructions in pack. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

In the meantime, check out our handy how to use a menstrual cup guide, including ways to fold, and tips on how to insert and remove your cup.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Moxie Menstrual Cups are made from medical-grade silicone that's BPA, latex and plastic free.
    • Our cups are coloured using food-grade dye which is deemed safe for human contact. They are also non-leaching, so the colour is embedded within the silicone.
    • Your carry pod is made with a medical-grade silicone lid and a plastic base.

    IMPACT

    • We use a ZERO WASTE or scraps production process for our cups that involves a moulding technique; which is basically a technical and fancy shmancy way of saying that we only use the exact amount of silicone required to make your cup. Same goes for the carry pod, too!
    • Your cup is reusable and will last many many years if properly cared for. At the end of it's life, please dispose of it thoughtfully, or recycle it where the proper facilities exist.
    • Proudly Vegan Australia Certified.

Feeling so much more connected to my period

It's funny how something I bought to save myself from late night trips to the servo for pads because of my deep fear of sleeping in a tampon would actually have such an effect on my connection to my period (as ridiculous as that sounds!) I hadn't really ever before considered using a menstrual cup but I'm glad I made the switch. It took 3 periods to get the hang of but since getting the hang I have really enjoyed not only the convenience but have also felt a greater sense of connection to my period rather than something that make me curse being a woman. Possibly perhaps because the reusability means I'm not financially burdened by having to buy products every month for the next 30 years but I feel a greater sense of control knowing I won't be caught out with no products - there is always my cup there to help. It's super comfortable and I honestly haven't shut up about the adorable blue colour.

In saying this, there is accessibility issues - it can be really difficult to remove especially if you have a high cervix. I found after sleeping it can be really difficult to grip onto to pull out. But the more I've used it the less issues I've had!

    Amazing!

First time using the Moxie Menstrual Cup (super size in blue). It has been life changing. I usually have a heavy flow and experience lots of leakages when wearing pads and tampons so much so that sometimes has soaked through to my underwear and pyjamas.
First day using this and I feel like a new woman and it is so easy to insert, clean and once it's in, I can barely feel it. I feel free!! I am looking forward to feeling more confident and free when I have my periods now, and also will be looking forward to saving money on not having to purchase lots if tampons and pads all the time! If you are thinking of trying one out, definitely give it a go. As I said, it's my first day using one and I feel like a new woman and feel like dealing with my periods from now on will be smooth sailing 😀 Fingers crossed 🤞

    Really good cup

I’ve used a Juju cup which was good but time for a new one.
This is just as good, a little softer though, which makes it slightly harder to tell if it’s opened and sealed.
I’d buy it again & the case is cool.
I wish there was a colourless - blue can’t be good for our system?

Hi Heidi, thanks so much for your feedback! Our cups are made using food-grade dye which is deemed safe for human contact. They are also non-leaching, so the colour is embedded within the silicone (the silicone is also medical-grade).
