Our extra-long overnight pads (33cm!) are made with organic cotton and zero synthetic fibres or fragrances, are breathable, have our maximum absorbency rating and are wrapped in recyclable paper, not plastic. Peel open the outer wrapper - the backing paper will come away in the same motion to reveal the sticky backing of the pad. Remove the paper from the wings to reveal their sticky backing surface. Place the pad on the inner gusset of your undies and wrap the wings around the edges. Sleep tight throughout the night and change when you wake up.

good quality and comfy
They are great for a heavier flow and nice and long for overnight so you can sleep comfortably without leaking all over the bed.
They are wonderful for sensitive skin or skin that gets easily irritated because they are made of pure cotton without nasties so they are great for your health.
