GENERAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFO

Australia

All Aussie orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. All parcels are trackable (you'll receive tracking details via email, once your order has left our warehouse).

 

Shipping rates are as follows (make your selection at the checkout):

ORDERS $45 OR MORE:

Regular post: FREE!

Express post: Add $12

 

ORDERS UNDER $45:

Regular post: $8

Express post: $15

 

Please note that shipping rates are calculated on orders after any discounts or discount codes have been applied.

 

International orders

We're now shipping world-wide! Depending on your location, you'll have the option to choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Depending on your destination country, please note that you may be required to pay additional duties and taxes on your order upon or prior to delivery. Any such additional duties or foreign duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note: Moxie Box Club (subscriptions) are currently only available in Australia and New Zealand. International Moxettes can still shop the rest of our e-store.

 

DELIVERY TIMINGS (NON-HOLIDAY PERIODS)

Australia

Australia Post Regular eParcel:    3 - 5 business days

Australia Post Express eParcel:   1 - 3 business days 

Please note that these are estimates only, as provided by Aus Post. Your parcel may take longer to arrive with you, depending on your location (or other unforeseeable delays). We unfortunately cannot be liable for postage that takes longer to arrive than anticipated, as delivery timings are out of our control once parcels have left our warehouse.

Once your order has left our HQ, it's at the mercy of the postie! You'll receive a tracking number upon despatch, but if you have any queries, just shoot us a note at orders@moxie.com.au with your order number, and we can chase it up for you.

Note: All parcels are sent with contact-less 'Authority to Leave' delivery. The postie make every effort to deliver your parcels to your mail box, front door or in a safe spot at your premises. But in some instances, they are unable to leave their bikes unattended and so they will leave a card for you to collect your parcel at the post office.

 

All other countries

At checkout, you'll receive an option to select either Economy Air, which takes approximately 7 business days to arrive, or Priority shipping, which takes approximately 2 business days. Please notes shipping costs will vary depending on your selection. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has shipped. 

 

International parcels

International sending cut-off dates vary depending on destination and the chosen delivery service. Please contact your chosen carrier for more information regarding delivery cut-off dates, but please note that orders must be placed by 12pm AEST on the day of delivery cut-off, as this enables us enough time to dispatch parcels from our warehouse.

 

PLEASE NOTE (APPLICABLE TO ALL DESTINATIONS):

Exceptions to delivery timings will apply if there is a special promotion on, where we may experience high volumes of orders and slight delays in shipping - OR, if there's a global pandemic and post is slow! Many post providers are sporadically pausing collections or are taking longer than usual to process parcels at the moment. The risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address, and title passes upon payment for the products in full.
 
If for any reason we are unable to supply the products you have ordered we will let you know within 5 days of receiving your order.
 
Shipping costs are not included within the product price listed on the e-store unless a special promotion is on or otherwise stated in the product description (see eligibility for free shipping, above).

Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. For International buyers, please note that any additional import duties and taxes are not included in the price. 

Please note that parcels won't be despatched on public holidays or weekends.

 

Please note that tracking is ultimately the responsibility of the customer, so please keep an eye on your tracking info for updates on when parcels will arrive. If you don't receive tracking information from us within 2 business days of orders, please get in touch. You can also input your tracking info and check your order status,HERE.

If your parcel doesn't arrive by the scheduled due date, or the updated delivery date, please contact us so that we can lodge a complaint with Australia Post.
