Moxie Box Club
It's easy. You just select five of your fave Moxie products and tell me when and how often you want to receive your Box. I will make sure your Box arrives before your period does, so you will never be caught without ammo ever again. Yippee! You can cancel, pause or change the contents of your Moxie Box at any time. None of those pesky lock-in contracts, Moxette! Get started here.
A flat fee of $30 per Moxie Box. Cheap as chips for lots of Moxie goodness that will get you through your worst days. Sign up.
Nope! The Moxie Box Club allows you to have a rolling subscription, which means that I'll keep filling your Box every 1, 2 or 3 months unless you tell me to stop.
No. We'll send you a new Box every time. So you can use the old one to store knick-knacks, like, I dunno your TAZO collection? Or maybe jewelry, or you could even re-use it as a gift box. Otherwise, please recycle it.
Your Moxie Box is fully customisable to your needs, which means you can select five of your favourite Moxie products to fill your Box. Sometimes I might include a little sumthin' sumthin' at no extra cost, just 'cos I think you deserve it. Check out the Moxie collection here.
Mastercard and VISA debit and credit cards are accepted! Unfortunately, we can't accept AMEX.

Your Moxie Box will arrive every 1, 2 or 3 months depending on the frequency you selected. A 1 month subscription will arrive every 28 days, a 2 month subscription every 54 days and a 3 month subscription every 84 days. You can change the frequency your Box arrives at any time by logging into the My Account page. Your Box will arrive on your requested delivery date, which is usually about 10 days after payment is made.
You sure can! Just head to My Account and update your Box contents. Just make sure that changes are made 10 days before your next Box is due to arrive. Otherwise, any changes will take effect at your next delivery.
Updating your account information is easy-peasy! Log into Moxie Box Club and click on the My Account page. Here you’ll be able to update any information and hit save. Done! Just make sure that you make any changes at least 10 days prior to your Box arriving so I can ensure I get your Box to you on time.
No probs. Just head to My Account and update ‘I want my Box delivered on…’. Just make sure any changes are made 10 days before your next Box is due to arrive otherwise your changes will take effect at your next delivery.
Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific billing date. Payment will be charged to your credit card 10 days prior to our requested delivery date to ensure I have enough time to pack and send your Box to ensure it gets to you on time!

You sure can. Just head to My Account and hit the pause button. You can skip one cycle (where is that button in real life), or pause all deliveries until you need me again. Then just log back in and hit re-activate. Simples!
Oh boo! I’d be sad to see you go so soon. Just log into My Account and under select 'cancel my Box' in the My schedule section. You can also pause your Box until you wish to re-activate it. Saves you signing up all over again.
Uh-Oh! Did someone forget their password? Did this one have the capital T, or the 0 instead of the o? I get it, remembering passwords is hard. Stress less sister! Just tell me your email address you used to join the club and we’ll hook you up with a new password. Easy as. Forgot password?

Your first Moxie Box will be paid for when you checkout, regardless of when you set the requested delivery date, but we will still ship it to arrive for whatever day you want it.
All future Moxie Boxes will be charged 10 days prior to your requested delivery date. You can always log into 'my account' and check the date your next Moxie Box payment is being made.
Our system is pretty slick, but we haven't got it quite that slick yet.
If you add a coupon code for a 'free item' at checkout, as long as the white bar at the top of the screen appears saying 'success' your freebie will arrive in your next Box.
If you're not sure, shoot me an email at email@example.com and I will ensure that your freebie is in your Box.
Need to change your CC deets? No problem. Log into your account and add the new details under the credit card section, then click update. Then select the card you want as your default payment method. You can remove the other card by clicking remove. Easy.
Shipping and returns
I will pack and send your order to arrive on or before your requested delivery date. I will pack your Box as soon as the payment is processed*; it usually takes 10 days to get from our door to yours. If your order hasn’t arrived and you’re all outta ammo, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will help track down the postie.
*If your first Moxie Box is more than 10 days away, payment will still be taken on checkout but we will ship for your requested delivery date, Moxette.
Once your order has been processed and despatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Visit the Australia Post website and input the tracking number to trace your Box’s movements: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
Due to the *ahem* ‘intimate’ nature of this purchase, I’m are unable to accept returns or refunds on Moxie Box Club, except where required by law. If you have an issue with your Moxie Box or any product within it, please contact me at email@example.com.

Pads for Pads
Girls in developing countries, like Uganda, miss up to 20% off the school year, simply due to poor menstrual hygiene management. We wanted to help curb these high rates of school absenteeism, so we teamed up with our pals AFRIPADS in Uganda, who facilitate the manufacture and distribution of low cost, reusable cloth sanitary pads, which we then give away for FREE to those girls in most need (best part is, they employ 120 local women to make these awesome kits!). The idea is to help young girls manage their periods with dignity, so that they can get the education they each deserve! We fully fund our 'Pads for Pads' initiative using profits generated from the sale of Moxie products - so you know that when you are buying Moxie, you're actually keeping women employed and girls in school - it's that simple. Providing reusable pads is more sustainable in the Ugandan environment where there are no adequate, sanitised means of disposal; hence each girl is provided with a “Deluxe Menstrual Kit” of washable sanitary pads that will last her for one year.
Through your purchase of Moxie products, Moxie’s Pads for Pads program has provided over 12,000 Ugandan girls with a reusable and sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions which allows them to stay in school and get the education they deserve.
We send a trained professional to each school donation we do, who helps to educate the girls on menstruation, sexual health, and who also teaches them how to care for their AFRIPADS for Moxie menstrual hygiene kits.
