How often will I receive my subscription box?
Approximately every 28 days. Your first Box will arrive 5 – 10 days after payment is received (usually much sooner!).
If you prefer to receive your Box every 2 or 3 months, simply login to your account and follow the prompts to ‘skip’ every second or third order. And voila! You now have a bi-monthly or quarterly subscription (you can change your frequency at any time).
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

When will I be billed?
Your first order will be billed at checkout and all future subscription orders will be billed every 28 days from this date (or, if you have ‘skipped’ a month, your orders will be billed at the frequency in which you have opted to receive your subscription).
Can I change the items in my subscription box, or add extras?
You can change your period product selections whenever you need to. Simply login to your account and follow the prompts under 'Manage my Subscriptions'.
If you want to add extra items to your Box, you can do so on your first purchase by just adding them to your order/cart. To receive extra items for any future orders, just shoot us a note at email@example.com with the deets of what you want added, how often (for your next order or all future orders) and we'll add them to your subscription.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You sure can - you can pause, cancel or even 'skip' a month (or as many as you like), whenever you want to. Just log into your account and follow the prompts.
Please note that you need to have an account to be able to manage your preferences. If you originally purchased via guest checkout, you will need to create an account with the email address you used to purchase.
