CLEANING & CARE

• Keep the plug in the open position for all hot drinks over 65°C / 149°F 
• Designed to be taken apart for easy, thorough and hygienic cleaning
• Dishwasher safe on the top rack
• Microwavable with the lid off to 100°C / 212°F
• Store with the lid off
• Caution: Rapid temperature change or heating over 100°C / 212°F  may cause the glass cup to shatter. You cannot heat liquids in the microwave above boiling point, or put a cold cup in boiling water or microwave.

• FREE regular shipping (3 -5 business days) on orders over $40. Express shipping (1 - 3 business days) is available for an additional $10.
• Orders under $40 incur a $6 flat rate shipping charge for regular post, or $15 for express post.
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel on the same or following business day (except for public holidays and weekends).

Please note that all parcels are sent with 'authority to leave', which means that if you are not home and there is a safe spot to leave your parcel, the postie will do so.
