FORO (fear of running out), unexpected period mishaps and one too many "has any body got a tampon?!" situations inspired us to create period peace-of-mind and deliver it to you on the regular - so that you don't have to remember to stock-up. Change, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription any time. Your Box, your period, your choice!

  • 3 packs of Moxie period products (you choose from the drop-down menus)
  • A pack of Moxie rock candy (60g)
  • 2 sachets of ASHA by Twinings tea (flavours vary)
  • A pack of Moxie will be donated on your behalf to someone in need via 'Share the Dignity'*

*Please note that donated items will sent directly to Share the Dignity. They will not be included in your order.


How often will I receive my subscription box?

Approximately every 28 days. Your first Box will arrive 5 – 10 days after payment is received (usually much sooner!) You'll receive an email with tracking info once you're parcel has been shipped.

If you prefer to receive your Box every 2 or 3 months, simply login to your account and follow the prompts to ‘skip’ every second or third order. And voila! You now have a bi-monthly or quarterly subscription (you can also change this at any time!).

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

When will I be billed?

Your first order will be billed at checkout and all future subscription orders will be billed every 28 days from this date (or, if you have ‘skipped’ a month, your orders will be billed at the frequency in which you have opted to receive your subscription).

Can I change the items in my subscription box, or add extras?

You can change your period product selections whenever you need to. Simply login to your account and follow the prompts under 'Manage my Subscriptions'.

If you want to add extra items to your Box, you can do so on your first purchase by just adding them to your order/cart. To receive extra items for any future orders, just shoot us a note at with the deets of what you want added, how often (for your next order or all future orders) and we'll add them to your subscription.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You sure can - you can pause, cancel or even 'skip' a month (or as many as you like), whenever you want to.

  • FREE SAME DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING for all orders totaling over AUD $40 (incl. GST and not including any added shipping charges) placed before 1pm AEST Monday - Friday (not including public holidays).
  • Orders over $40 placed after 1pm or on weekends will be shipped by FREE express post on the next business day.
  • Orders totaling under $40 will be shipped via regular e-Parcel post on the same or next business day and incur a flat rate shipping charge of $5.

New Zealand

  • All NZ orders are shipped via international express post and incur a flat rate shipping charge of AUD $10.


Please note that all parcels are sent with 'authority to leave', which means that if you are not home and there is a safe spot to leave your parcel, the postie will do so. Once you're parcel has been shipped, we'll send you tracking details. Please see SHIPPING FAQs for more.

    Donations Subscription Box

    Box is excellent but didn't get an acknowledgement that I had donated so wasn't sure if it had occurred and I am now not able to change the contents of the box from month to month to make sure I am not over supplied on any particular item.

You should’ve received emails confirming your order contents, and also a card in your order to thank you for your donation - please let us know if any of these went AWOL?! In the meantime, you can definitely change your items for future Boxes - just log into your account and update your preferences Our customer care team will send you an email now to further assist anyway.
