First things first, you’ll need to head to the supermarket and pick up a sleeve of Oreos and a log of cookie dough. You can make your own dough using a basic cookie recipe if you like, but time is of the essence when the chocolate cravings hit so we’re going with ready-made.
Heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius– check your packet of dough in case it requires something different, though.
Next, combine these two beautiful inventions. With clean hands, pinch off a piece of dough, flatten it in your palm, and place an Oreo inside.
Wrap the edges of the dough around the Oreo until it’s tucked inside like beans in a burrito or you in a blanket. Repeat until you’ve used all your dough.
Line an oven tray with baking paper, spread the cookies across it, and bake your cookies for around 15 minutes.
Pull them out when they’re starting to brown, and leave them to cool on the tray as long as you can stand it (it was around three minutes for me). Then, while they’re still warm, pile them onto a plate, jump into bed and log into Netflix.
